NEO Tech (14 locations) contracted with BenefitElect, Inc. in August 2015 to implement BenefitElect’s benefits administration platform. During implementation, the BenefitElect team loaded core benefit plans in addition to Accident, Employee Critical Illness and Spouse Critical Illness. The team also worked closely with their sister company, Communication Partners, Inc. to develop and host a series of written, comparison and animated video communications to ensure NEO Tech employees fully understood the benefits offered and felt confident with each benefits decision. Over the course of open enrollment, 1,233 of 1,237 NEO Tech employees successfully self-enrolled.
All new hire employees may enroll on BenefitElect once eligible, whereby their elections will be electronically fed to all carriers via a scheduled report.
